Q:   How much is the cost of a home inspection?

A:   The average cost of a single family $325/350. Note larger homes, multi units, commercial properties, common area and condo reserve study pricing will vary.

Q:   How long will the inspection take?

A:   The inspection time will be average of 2.5/3hrs. This is based on single family and condos. Larger homes, multi units and commercial properties inspection times will be longer.

Q:   Should I the buyer be present during the inspection?

A:   YES! We enthusiastically encourage participation. The only dumb questions are the ones we fail to ask.

Q:   What type of report do we use?

A:   All standard reports are written with additional info on a list of seasonal to do list and cost of probable life expectancy repair list. Larger and commercial properties are typed and provided with pictures describing the deficiencies.

Q:   What do we inspect?

A:   Structure, Exterior, Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Heat/A.C. Interior, Kitchen and Bath.

Q:   Are home inspectors required to be licensed?

A:   Yes all home inspectors are required to List their licensed number on the inspection report.

Q:   When do I receive my inspection report?

A:   All standard reports are given to the client upon completion of the inspection. All written reports with pictures are to be provided upon a mutual agreed time.
