condo reserve study pricing will vary.

The inspection time will be average of 2.5/3hrs.
This is based on single family and condos. Larger homes, multi units and
commercial properties inspection times will be longer.

YES! We enthusiastically encourage participation.
The only dumb questions are the ones we fail to ask.

What type of report do we use?

All standard reports are written with additional
info on a list of seasonal to do list and cost of probable life expectancy
repair list. Larger and commercial properties are typed and provided with
pictures describing the deficiencies.

Heat/A.C. Interior, Kitchen and Bath.
